We provide technical advice in practical terms. Your Budget is everything and we work with you to deliver the best possible result for that Budget. We work with Lenders that understand what we do and recognize the increased Equity created by what we do. They are able to monetize the benefits of a better home or building making it not only affordable but a much better investment!

After all; Its probably your biggest investment, why shouldn't it perform like it!

Offsite services

We are able to use our plans or take your plans, engineer them and systemically build the envelope (sub-floor, walls, roof) offsite in a controlled climate building. We then deliver to the site and set on the foundation. This saves a tremendous amount of time and limits exposure to weather conditions. Once set, it is also "weathered in" and interior finishes can be completed in a conditioned space by our team, or yours!

Retrofit/Revitalization

Although we don't do small remodel projects we have plenty of experience doing whole house or building retrofits (known as "deep energy retrofits"). We take baseline data for existing energy performance and do major updates to the home or building to bring up to and well above code. This will dramatically lower its operation and maintenance costs and increase its value and design life. We have done this in areas to preserve great original architecture and improve existing housing stock.
